Various dialogue options are available as you talk to them, though as I've only played the game through once, I'm not sure if these have any real impact on the story.

Curiously, the only English subtitle
option is English SDH, meaning the captions sometimes distractingly include the odd line of
dialogue spoken in English and

Selecting

True, some of the changes are subtle and not story - affecting but coupled with the skill tree which unlocks
various new
dialogue options and pathways, The Council offers so much replayability and makes you really think about your next choice and
dialogue option.

various NPCs give is also really quite deep, with multiple conversation
options available.
