These legume seeds include
various dry beans such pinto beans, navy beans, kidney beans, and black beans, along with lentils, peas, chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans), field beans, cow peas and several others.
This is what I made when I found
various dry beans in small quantities in my pantry and decided to use them up.
It was intended to raise awareness about health benefits of
