Now part of the World Network of Biosphere Reserves, Inle Lake is home to
various native
fish and other
fresh water creatures that are found nowhere else in the world.
Animal life in the cave includes a large population of bats, large
fresh water crabs, crayfish, catfish and other tropical
fish, Large invertebrates like Amblypygi and
various predatory spiders also inhabit the cave.
