Over the decades, I started doing research, learning everything I could about about
various specialties in
health such as complex adrenal and thyroid
complaints, digestive problems like heartburn, candida, gallbladder problems, constipation, «incurable» skin conditions like psoriasis (please see The Psoriasis Program), hormonal issues like PMS, menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome,
various auto - immune diseases, different kinds of arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and gout and more.
