plan is: 7 am ish - Breakfast; Keto / BP Coffee 10/10.30 - whey protein shake (1g net carb per 100g) 12/12.30 - Keto / BP Coffee 5 pm onwards keto
diet foods, protein meats etc,
veg maintaining 20 net carbs max (initially) I have probably a minimum of 60 pound to shift, I'm 5» 8 and weigh 250 pound plus.
