There are so many health benefits
and very little negatives, plus, you can incorporate any style of
eating and apply the principles, whether you are
vegan,
vegetarian, pescetarian etc..
You are still deciding which life you can
eat and which life to spare, so it is not a morality thing at all, as many
vegans and vegetarians like to claim.
It makes me feel that the term «
vegan» is extremely unfortunate
and misleading, because the term does not emphasize or even signify respect for animals or living beings or creatures, as it would benefit from doing, but rather uses a derivative form of «vegetable» or «
vegetarian», which makes it sound as if the central point is —
eating vegetation, i.e. plants, which makes it sound like a diet.

and agree with most of what you're saying, however I would like to know what you think about the ethical side of being
vegan /
vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself from
eating animal products, considering the pain
and suffering an animal has had to go through unecessarily for you to
eat them.
I'm a
vegetarian and I try to
eat vegan most of the time — I hadn't thought about putting avocados in my sauce.

I've done plant based
vegan, fully raw,
vegetarian, healthy, unhealthy, underweight, overweight

and a lot of times, a raw foodist.
Our family isn't
vegetarian (we
eat seafood
and sometimes organic dairy) but we
eat a mostly plant based diet
and live in Thailand, where there are pockets of
vegans who run restaurants near the temples.

vegetarian and vegan eating is not very popular in Hungary
and most people are meat eaters so my audience is small but I believe in this that's why I carry on doing it.
Even though I am
vegetarian, I try to
eat vegan and gluten - free when I can.
I've been hovering between
vegan and vegetarian but in the end, I am trying to
eat healthy.
Eat Well, Live Free is an adventurous, Sacramento food blog that focuses on healthy
vegetarian and vegan recipes influenced by the seasons, locally grown food
and family traditions.
It's a dish that I, being a
vegetarian LOVE
and have taken to a
vegan potluck, but it also impresses my meat
eating friends
and family.
Of course, after my gym fix, I come home
and eat this awesome, warm, comfy, smoky, spicy,

vegetarian, gluten - free, bowl of chili awesomeness!
I'm veering towards plant - based
eating, so with the exception of a handful of chicken recipes in the archives, the rest are all

I loove hot dogs
and its one of the foods i used to enjoy prior to becoming
vegetarian, i cant wait to try this but... i have a dumb question, I keel hearing «gluten free» when roaming
vegan blogs is this wheat gluten okay to
eat?
On our second visit we enjoyed a meal at Christiania's very own
vegetarian restaurant Morgenstedet (read more about that under
eat & drink)
and we also spotted the deli cafe called Grøntsagen who seemed to have
vegan options too.
The Harris Interactive Study of more than 2,000 people showed that six percent were
vegetarian, four percent pescatarian,
and two percent
vegan First it is not a survey of the entire population, just the 2000 in the study... Then it lists pescatarians as meat free... So in reality 8 % of 2000 sureveyed do not
eat meat....
I've been a
vegetarian all my lfe (pure TORTURE growing up in a meat
and potato family - I'm old enough to have experienced the»
eat - meat - you - need - iron» nazis, anyway, I digress)
and vegan for the last 20.
If you are
vegan or
vegetarian you can omit the chicken
and do chickpeas or white beans, we love to
eat it this way as well.
I'm not
vegan and not even 100 %
vegetarian as I
eat fish, but I like healthy food
