I went to Trader Joe's to get the
chocolate chips, but the ones
at my local Trader Joe's were not
vegan, so I decided to try and make the same cookies with oatmeal and dried cranberries.
I have always looked but have never found
vegan white
chocolate chips in the store, but I make a really easy white
chocolate at home using coconut and cacao butter, so I'll have to try this combo out.
