I was suspicious
at first, cos no matter how much I love
vegan food you can tell a lot of it is * substitute * this or that.
A long - time
vegan, it has been a little difficult choosing certain options over more comfort -
food alternatives, but I feel like the last bunch of recipes that have been posted are not really the best
at being low - fat or not so processed.
Here are a few of my tips and tricks, as a seasoned veteran of veganism who's lived
at every point on the scale from raw
vegan to junk
food vegan, to get you started on a healthy, balanced
vegan lifestyle.
Let's start this week off on the right foot by looking
at some amazing

vegan eats in our kitchens to share with others.

vegan food, the latest trends and products from the raw
food, meat alternatives, cosmetics and fashion sectors will be presented.

food - love with other VA bloggers, so we sent out a quick twitter announcement, and rounded up a few other bloggers for lunch
at Selbas, a Richmond restaurant with plenty of
vegan / vegetarian options.

Finally, the highlight was the dinner
at the Sun King Steakhouse (ironically)... the chef there made us a PLETHORA of delicious
food that was completely
vegan, from soup and appetizer to main course and dessert (yes, we were completely stuffed that evening!)
Vegan Society Trademarked products are widely available online and
at most supermarkets and health
food stores, including Holland and Barrett: the latter offer a 10 % discount to
Vegan Society members too.
