The great thing about these
vegan bowls is that you can cook the rice, chop all the vegetables, fry the tofu and prepare the sauce
on Sunday and store it all away in the fridge to assemble yourself a bowl for a quick
lunch later
on in the week or pack it in your lunchbox and take it to work.

It can be eaten
on it's own as a main dish for my vegetarian /
vegan / paleo / whole 30 loving friends out there < — me, I've had this for
lunch twice this week.
These fries were inspired by a lovely
lunch I recently had with a good friend at a
vegan restaurant called Peacefood Café
on the UWS.
Just like my make - ahead
vegan breakfast tacos, you can wrap these samosa wraps in tin foil and pop them in the freezer for
lunch later
on.
The demo took place
on a stage in a meeting room, supported by a cracker jack AV team, for the hour just before
lunch, so I didn't want to prepare anything sweet or that would conflict with their tasty
vegan bento boxes from Kotobuki
on Colley Avenue in Norfolk.
Understandable; if you're a
vegan on a budget you're definitely gonna want to have some healthy packed
lunches to take to work with you, and who wants to spend an hour standing over the stove making dinner after a long day?

It's so luxurious and creamy — I could eat a whole one everyday in my usual
lunch (which is a huge salad) but I do monitor my intake of fats
on this high carb low fat
vegan diet so I probably eat 1 avocado per week for healthy whole food fats.
