I practice hot yoga daily, run half marathons and follow
a vegan plant based diet.
Unfortunately, when I gave up oils on my whole foods
vegan plant based diet my hair dried up, skin got so much more wrinkled and I am taken for a few years older older than I really am whereas before I looked much younger.
For many, a whole food
vegan plant based diet can make you sick.
Too much promotion of
vegan plant based diets leads to many caught up in either food disorders or quietly suffering behind the scenes from their «healthy diet» but they are not feeling great.

Our family isn't vegetarian (we eat seafood and sometimes organic dairy) but we eat a mostly
plant based diet and live in Thailand, where there are pockets of
vegans who run restaurants near the temples.
Vegan protein powder fits in better with my
