as protein rich, but can be useful for certain recipes.Bananas and applesauce are popular substitutes, although you'll need to add baking
powder & soya milk for binding and texture in the baking process.
For extra
protein I have used Fit Delis Chocolate

as it doesn't add too much sweetness.

vegan by picking a plant - based

protein is being sourced from and how.

If you are lactose intolerant or
vegan, then plant - based
protein powders, such
as pea and hemp are great alternative options.
Unless you are eating some really buggy lettuce (which one might argue would make you less than
vegan), there is no way to get sufficient B12
as a
vegan and it is important to take a supplement, such
