I'm actually working on some recipes that include Arbonne's
vegan protein powder so this post inspired me.
I also used a natural, unflavored
vegan protein powder so I used closer to a half cup of milk.

So you can imagine my excitement when About Time sent me some lovely samples of their chocolate and vanilla

So when I got a delightful package from my friends over at MCT Lean consisting of two big tubs of
vegan protein powder, I was a little hesitant.

so i use that in smoothies now.
