So, what are some of the types of
vegan protein powders out there?

vegan protein powder out there that is good and its worth it for the delicious shakes I make from it.

You can use any unflavored or vanilla
vegan protein powder, or leave it
out and substitute with oat flour instead.
I love this
protein powder, I have tried many
vegan protein powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten after I found
out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower seeds, green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
To make these
vegan, sub
out the whey
protein for a
vegan protein powder or simply add extra oat flour in place of it.
These bars can easily be made
vegan by swapping
out the
protein powder for a
vegan protein powder for more oat flour.
I left
out the peppermint and used chocolate MCT Lean
vegan protein powder... amazing!!

vegan athletes?
They say that you can easily make this
vegan as well, which would involve taking
out the whey
protein powder and using a
vegan - approved
powder in its place.
I've never actually used any
protein powders, but I've been curious to try
out a
vegan option.

out on a date in 2 years or so waste away to dried up prunes and Beans are not even to be considered a source of
proteins, they contain lectin and are beyond worthless destroy your gut, and create malnutrition!
Ingredients: 1 scoops of organic
vegan chocolate
protein powder (I like this one) 1/2 cup cacao nibs and or cacao
powder 1 cup of Nuttzo or Almond butter 1/2 cup flaked coconut Instructions: Mix
protein powder and nut butter together until the consistency is evened
out without any lumps.
One pitfall to look
out for is
vegan protein powders.
Some people thrive on veganism done with knowledge and expertise (Kris Carr of «Crazy Sexy Cancer» fame comes to mind as she is keeping her liver cancer in check with this type of diet, wisely using
vegan protein powders and supplements), and some people seem to need close to a paleo diet to stay well (Dr. Terry Wahls come to mind getting herself
out of a wheel chair, and putting her MS into remission with a paleo diet.)
