vegan's my entire life and have watched countless come in my store to purchase
protein powders and
supplements to keep them on a

proteins, they contain lectin and are beyond worthless destroy your gut, and create malnutrition!
Unless you are eating some really buggy lettuce (which one might argue would make you less than
vegan), there is no way to get sufficient B12 as a
vegan and it is important to take a
supplement, such as our
vegan Rebuild
protein powder which contains a complete multivitamin.
In these situations, other
protein supplements, such as
vegan - friendly, stomach - friendly hemp
protein, may be a better option.

protein, and for women in menopause who up their soy intake through
