We're going to use them to make meatball subs with sauce, sauteed peppers and onions, shredded
vegan cheese, and
sliced black olives.
Loaded with fresh vegetables and herbs, this green grilled
cheese is layered with a dairy - free
sliced cheese that still melts and stretches for edible
vegan bliss.
But today there are
vegan hamburgers, hotdogs, salamis, turkeys, sausages, ham
slices and even
cheeses found in most supermarket aisles.
A mixture of zucchini, peppers,
sliced tomatoes, roasted cauliflower, eggplant, fresh herbs on a bed of fresh tomato sauce topped with
vegan cheese.

Using Sweet Potatoes instead of Pumpkin, and by substituting the traditional cream
cheese, white sugar and flour in a Pumpkin or Sweet Potato cheesecake, it can actually become a wonderfully nutritious, wonderfully delicious
vegan sugar - free dessert that won't make you feel guilty about having an extra
slice or two around the holidays....

I cup naturally
vegan cornbread mix (I use Martha White) 1 cup naturally
vegan baking mix (I use Bisquick) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup
vegan butter, melted 1/3 cup
vegan sour cream 1 teaspoon Adobo sauce from can of chilies in Adobo 1/3 cup non-dairy milk 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 - 15.5 ounce can corn, drained 4 ounce can
sliced black olives, drained 4 ounce can chopped green chilies, mild, drained 2 green onions,
sliced 1 cup shredded
vegan cheddar or Monterey Jack
cheese, divided (I use So Delicious cheddar - jack blend)
Now add several pieces of the Tofu Philly Cheesesteak
slices to each hoagie bun and top with sautéed veggies, and 2 - 3
slices of the
vegan cheese.
Next, place the thinly
sliced vegan jack
cheese across the bottom of the dough.
Top each bottom with
vegan beef followed by 2
slices of
vegan cheese.
The BEST easy
vegan quesadillas with loads of creamy
cheese, zucchini
slices, fresh spinach, and juicy artichoke hearts.
I make a
vegan feta
cheese using
slices of tofu soaked for a few days in miso and lemon juice and I find the flavor to be great.
For grilled
cheese and cold
cheese slices, my family likes Earth Island (called Follow Your Heart in the US) coconut - based
cheese slices, as well as Fieldroast's
vegan cheese called Chao.

To make this vegetarian taco salad recipe
vegan, just omit the feta
cheese (you might want to throw in a handful of small pickled jalapeño
slices to make up for feta's salty punch).

You could use a plant - based
