Ella thank you for an amazing post-I have struggled with this in my life trying to stick to the «vegan» title, making myself sick with low iron levels, having to reintroduce some animal products and the hating myself.
I would love to try this with molasses if it is at all posible, since as a newly vegetarian trying to go vegan, I'm having trouble keeping my iron levels ok.
