Anyway, just wondering if you've tried this with coconut
oil as substitute for either the
butter and / or the
vegetable oil?
To veganize this, replace the
butter with additional olive
oil, use
vegetable broth
and skip the yogurt.
And when replacing
oil for
butter in recipes such as pancakes, make sure to use a neutral tasting
oil such as canola or
vegetable.
