I don't want to provide you with an overwhelming amount of recipes for different
vegetable pizza bases and it's a waste of time to google different recipes.
I've done the hard work (cos someone's got to) and created a versatile gluten free

Finally, the answer was obvious: puree the riced and dried cauliflower along with some eggs, some really flavorful powdered

Base
Inspired by the idea of the cauliflower crust, I have worked on a grain - free
vegetable based pizza, but instead of the mild flavoured cauliflower, I have substituted sweet and creamy winter squash.
So, I needed to find a way to seamlessly combine my
vegetables with my carbs... such as making veggie - filled
pizza bases!
This homemade
vegetable bouillon is perfect for making a quick
vegetable soup broth, or for using in my low carb cauliflower
pizza base.
For those of us lucky enough to cook our own meals, shopping usually entails a trip to the local
vegetable market to see what is in season, followed by a stop at the local naan shop for either freshly baked flat bread (which, in Afghanistan, is very good) or a bag of dough to use as
pizza or bread
base in home - made recipes.
You're aiming for the
vegetables to be lightly cooked and you should be able to run a fish slice or palette knife under the
pizza base to release it.

basis, and school snack bars replete with
pizza and fries.
Made from chickpea flour, it's naturally gluten - free and vegan, but it keeps its nutty chew, making it a far better dupe for a boujis, restaurant - style
pizza than the best
vegetable -
based version.

pizza bases, the possibilities are endless with this versatile cruciferous
vegetable.
You can cook them as a
vegetable side, make mini
pizza bases from them, and even cut them into fries and bake them in the oven.
If you only ever ate
pizza, ramen, and bagels your whole life and then tried to switch to a super healthy diet
based on fruits and
vegetables, you might have some stomach upset, too.
