I had a very dear friend who was born in India and came over
here to study, before there were Indian
restaurants or
vegetarian options.
Restaurants in Copenhagen are crazy expensive, and don't often cater to
vegetarian diets, so I very rarely go out to eat
here.
Here in Baltimore we are lucky enough to enjoy a Thai
restaurant with a fully
vegetarian menu.

here in SF that makes a decent
vegetarian version, but I like making it at home even more.

Everything looks fantastic Although I love our town
here in WV, and we've found plenty of
vegetarian - friendly
restaurants, the vegan options are slim - to - none!
