more vegetables without adopting full
vegetarianism.

more people in this country are recognizing that
vegetarianism and veganism are healthier diets and lifestyles for a person and for the planet or do you think such recognition is just to satisfy a new market or audience?
Saying that, I am a strong advocate of
vegetarianism / vegan and whole food diet, I have not eaten meat for 20 + yrs, however I think a
more holistic approach to health will give the best results on overall mental and physical health.
Then you have a crystal clear way of showing how the philosophy APPLIES, how people can make it work with REAL FOOD, and for looking at variations for weight loss (less fat), muscle gain (
more protein), longevity (less protein),
vegetarianism, etc..

I don't want to start a big debate on
vegetarianism vs. meat - eating, but right now there is way
more than enough food being produced in the world; it's just that we grow crops that we feed to animals, and then we eat the animals (in many cases it's a way to make money — sell meat for a premium to the rich instead of selling tons of grain for a fraction of that price to starving people).
