Drink at least 3 glasses
of veggie juice daily; make some of that red juice.
Notice that many of these vegetables are commonly included in
fresh veggie juice blends or in salads.
I like to put some
V8 veggie juice in my husband's lunches along with fruit and a sandwich to keep it pretty healthy.
I'm not a huge fan of
pure veggie juice, it's too bitter for me, especially first thing in the morning so I always keep a little fruit for sweetness.
Also use caution when drinking
plain veggie juice on an empty stomach particularly if it is heavy on carrot juice which is high in sugars.
I don't recommend having coffee first thing in the morning, so you should start your day with warm water and lemon and / or an alkalizing fresh
