They only had one
veggie lunch option but luckily it was good!

lunch options: Nut butter or roasted chicken sandwiches on Naomi's Favorite Wheat - Style Bread, Jamaican Meat Patties, hummus, and various fruits and
veggie sticks.
These crackers would be a great
option with a tub of homemade hummus or other vegan dip and some
veggie sticks and wouldn't make you sleepy like a large sit down
lunch would so you could get right back out there and busy again.
I did pick up some frozen
veggie burgers that I plan on wrapping in lettuce for a healthier
lunch option, but haven't tried them yet.
