You sauté the veggies in a little
veggie broth (
instead of
oil) and will then add in the rest of the broth.
I was also uncertain about the
veggie broth
instead of
oil but it was fabulous and no FAT!
Instead of steaming the vitamin C - rich
veggie, sauté it in a skillet with ghee or avocado
oil for four to five minutes.
Only change I made was cooking the jalapeno and garlic in
veggie broth
instead of
oil.
To make this
veggie - studded version even leaner, use Greek yogurt or applesauce
instead of the
oil.
