Today I want to share this clean tomato and
veggie stew with you that is not only easy to make, but it's also open to your own interpretation using almost any veggies you have on hand.
For example at home Ella and Matthew eat lots of bowls of porridge with almond butter, warming
veggie stews with lots of spices served over brown rice, chocolatey energy balls and rye toast with honey, but when they go out Matthew loves a pizza followed by ice cream with extra chocolate sauce!

Serve this
stew with crusty sourdough bread or over any brown rice, left over from the
veggie burgers.
Have made it
with teaspoons anyway, thinking it would be a nice
veggie stew even if less spice than intended, but difficult to rescue the other way round.
I hope, like
with those other foods I mentioned, I will just wake up one day and crave cous cous and
veggie stew.
