no lie, i've been dreaming of
a veggie version of this for weeks!!
I just made
a veggie version of this subbing shredded carrot, onion and spinach for the beefy filling.
It's so hard to choose one recipe, but if I have to, it's
her veggie version of the Nicoise salad.
Football happens on Monday night (I guess I do know something about football), so it conveniently coincides with Meatless Monday, meaning it's the perfect opportunity to sideline meat and enjoy

I wanted to test a vegan
version of these chickpea
veggie fritters and asked Instagram for tips on cooking with flax eggs and got so many helpful responses.
She swears that this recipe is one
of the best, and says: «Borscht should normally be made with beef stock and have some sour cream in it, but as a vegan, I've been looking for a
veggie version that tasted like my Baba's.
[breakfast] the usual
veggie packed scramble with whole wheat toast and a Laughing Cow on the side, this particular scramble had spinach, mushrooms, and orange bell pepper [lunch] a less picturesque

veggie patties.
Now, if you follow many
