veggies, fruits, beans, nuts, grains and seeds can seem a
bit simplistic.
I'm a very persistant person and won't stop till I get what I want hehe just want to make sure I am doing the right thing, and yes I do eat carbs from
veggies / fruit quite a
bit, I'm a raw smoothie addict (have a smoothie first thing in the morning and one
after a workout) hehe I don't think my calories are too much (1500 - 1700) since I also do a physical job on my feet all day long, what do you think?
