This looks to be a really tasty recipe and I am going to try making it in my Moroccan tagine — I think it would work if there were a nice
spiced broth
along with some typical Moroccan
veggies such as carrot and onions and chick peas, etc..
So I took some
veggies I had in my freezer, a small Russet potato that I had left in the fridge, my favorite red split lentils (which are tiny and easy to digest), tomatoes from the pantry
along with organic wild and brown rice, and then I added some simple herbs and
spices.
When the
veggies start to get soft, crumble the tofu and add it in
along with all the
spices.
Place roasted
veggies in a soup pot
along with carrots, celery, broth, tomato paste and all the
spices.
Keeping the pantry stocked

along with steamed
veggies and
spices and a huge salad.
