They will hold for several months and when you're ready to use them just slice a coin of compound butter and dollop it on your «hot off the grill» fish, meat or veggies.
Beautiful weather yesterday, skipped the gym, we went for long walk around the neighborhood, then cooked burgers and hot dogs on the grill, w / salad and tons of veggies.
I can make do with a bowl of brown rice with veggies and grilled chicken with a little hot sauce on it, as long as I can have it with a glass of Cabernet or Pinot Noir.
