Transfer the
veggies to the sheet pan, spread
out evenly and
place the chicken breasts among them.
For all you carnivores
out there, I thought these were perfectly satisfying with
veggies only, but if you want to swap
out some of the
veggies for cooked chicken, just sub the same amount in ounces (so if you decide to replace 3 oz of
veggies, use 3 oz of cooked chicken in its
place).
Spread your
veggies out on the parchment lined baking sheet, making sure to give them plenty of space otherwise they will steam instead of roast, and
place in the preheated oven.
To make a breakfast cookie healthier (AKA: breakfast - friendly), white sugar is swapped
out with honey or maple syrup, white flour is replaced with whole wheat flour and / or oats, and
veggies or dried fruit are added in

out to another site to be reheated and served is what turns kids against vegetables in the first
place, so preparing it at another school for ship
out doesn't really work either.
Spray a shallow 9 - inch pie dish and set aside - Crumble tofu in a large bowl with your hands until it looks like feta cheese - Stir in nutritional yeast, mustard, onion and garlic powder, turmeric, plus salt and pepper until well combined - Mix in
veggies - Transfer mixture to pie dish and pat down firmly with a spatula until nice and tight - Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until the top is firm and slightly brown - Let frittata cool for 5 minutes on the counter before serving -

We like our lunches
out so I can eat breakfast or go to
places like Paneras, Chipolte and Moes where we eat mostly
veggies, beans, rice.

place in oven.
Don't forget your
veggies: A sunny spot
out on the deck is the perfect
place to grow a few tomato plants or an herb garden.
It's all about organization and preparation, and I have personally co-opted the term in the context of kitchen design as «everything in its
place» when referring to organization of kitchen gadgets, dishes, and other non-perishable items... since a residential kitchen isn't as likely to have chopped
veggies and herbs sitting
out all night in little dishes, but it does need a
place for everything and everything in its
place.
