I hope you like
this version of Cauliflower Crust.
The last time I've made
a version of cauliflower pizza I topped it with fresh tomatoes, green jalapenos, and grated cheddar cheese.
I've tried several
versions of cauliflower pizza crust, and I think this cheese - free version is best.

All that's required for
this version of cauliflower rice is a food processor and a large head of cauliflower.

Cauliflower steaks have been somewhat
of a thing, but I haven't come across many combinations that grab my attention, except for this Greek
version!
I also made this
version completely vegan (and naturally gluten free) by omitting the meat and adding LOTS
of seasonal veggies:
cauliflower, delicata squash, button mushrooms, and fresh parsley.
