Every time I play one of these LEGO games
on a
handheld I always say it's the last time I will play this series
on a
handheld because they feel like half the game of the
console version.

Sony might have some stake in having the
console version be exclusive for some time (I know Switch is

I was just ticked to see these remakes

handheld, though comparing screenshots between the Vita
version and the PlayStation 3 will show some obvious compromises.
Jap developers will prefer Nintendo
handheld, look at Dragon Quest sales
on the 3ds, and the original DS... look at monster hunter sales
on the 3ds... every game you seen for the 3ds will now have newer
versions with newer hd graphics so now when jap developers make a ps4 game they do not have to think about how they will downgrade it to fit
on the NX... with the NX being more powerful than the Vita, and Wii U.... if it use the Tegra 2 chip it will be right next to ps4 1.8 teraflops or higher, but most likely if they use that, Nintendo might underclock it to increase battery power, but lets say they lock it to ps4 1.8 teraflops... every game for ps4 will be
on the NX... and this is where the fear comes from... the 3ds have many exclusives, only thing that hold it back was graphics, now that wont be the issue in the NX... look how they announce Dragon quest 11 for NX already... Square Enix is thinking about money... and which
console sold most of their games... the 3ds... so do not be surprised every big game from Square Enix and other Japanese developers come to the NX... and if they are anything like CAPCOM they will rather save money and make their game for one
console aka the NX like they do with Monster Hunter... me personally I can not wait to see all my favorite games
on the 3ds in better graphics... i am a RPG lover and the 3ds have some classics that I love... only thing Nintendo have to worry about is how Western and European side of the world will feel about the new
handheld... Japan will love it,
handheld sell the most, so it wont take long for NX to pass ps4 sales... but if they can get the attention of western and european... then Sony have reasons to worry and their fans
In news that will also be pleasing to many, Dark Souls: Remastered also marks the first time that the series will be released
on a Nintendo
console with a Nintendo Switch
version, which also obviously means that you'll be able to play Dark Souls as a
handheld game for the very first time.
I actually prefer the Vita's full
console PS3 ports of games over the actual PS3
versions as I think they are the more superior
version of the game because I think its more impressive playing them
on the Vita as the graphics are nearly as great as
on PS3, that and also the fact that they are running
on a
handheld and are fully portable.
While I didn't get to see it in action, there's also a
handheld 3DS
version on the way, which I was told had the same narrative as the
console version, but made into a 2D side - scroller for more accessible gameplay for children.
Those who have a previous Hollow Fragment save
on PlayStation Vita will be happy to know some items are transferable to the PlayStation 4
version, and DLC from the
handheld version will be able to be unlocked for the
console version at a later date.
To all intents and purposes, this is pretty much the Wii game
on a
handheld, running just as smoothly and featuring almost everything that the
console version does.

Putting it
on the Switch was a great idea as well, offering the best
version of a great game in both home

I knew there would have to be some cutbacks due to the downsizing of the game, that's just the nature to
handheld ports, but while it comes off very impressive that all of the
console content is present
on the Vita
version, the cost of getting it to work was great.
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (UMvC3) has been
on store shelves since the launch of the PS Vita, and I have to say that after playing quite a few rounds, this fighting game is a solid port of the home
console version and you'd be hard pressed to find anything like it at this time
on Sony's new
handheld, well, at least until Capcom releases Street Fighter X Tekken finally for it.
