very cheap labor is their primary advantage.

labor conditions, it's easy for them to offer merchandise that looks the same at first glance at a fraction of the cost.
Similarly, the U.S. enjoys the fruits of

very little regulations without having to work in sweatshops themselves, and the trade between the two is generally seen as a net benefit for both.
