Rancid oils, refined sugars and synthetic flavors are

gut, free - radical creating and can be
very addictive.
Clean grassed meats, grassed butter, cheese etc are
VERY hard
to afford and come by for too many people --- add in toxic carcass spray residues still all over those grassed meats that make those with severely
damaged guts sick — making turning
to mother natures perfectly packaged foods the only choice
to regain health.
One caveat that I would add, for clarification, is that it is
very likely, due
to the increase in processed foods as a proportion of the Western diet in the past forty years, that the younger you are the more likely you are
to be suffering from gluten intolerance caused by
damaged gut lining.
There's far less information out there about why weight loss happens (in my case, malabsorption of nutrients due
to a
very damaged gut).
I'd just like for others who are considering this
to know that healing a
very damaged gut can take a
very long time.
If you are a big «social» drinker and choose the latter (use GABA
to prevent
gut damage when you do drink) be warned, you'll feel calmer and less stressed and
very likely reduce your desire and need for a drink!
