If you've never made slow - roasted tomatoes before, prepare to have your mind blown because they've got
very little to do with the aforementioned packaged variety in all of the best ways: they're so flavorful that you might think you think someone snuck into your oven and doused them in both
vinegar and salt, even if you did neither.
I just found this recipe and I notice that the recipes are
very similar: this one has the addition of a
little coconut flour, half the salt and half the
vinegar, but maintains the baking soda quantity.
3 cups mixed shredded kale & red cabbage 1 carrot cut into
very small matchstick size pieces 2 tbsp diced red onion 3 tbsp sunflower seeds 1/4 cup parsley leaves 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp apple cider
vinegar 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Black pepper to taste A
little celtic salt to taste
This salad takes
very little time to make — all you have to do is chop the veggies and then throw them all together with a dressing based on olive oil, lemon and balsamic
vinegar.
Anyone who has cooked
very many briskets knows that a
little mustard, buttermilk,
vinegar or pineapple juice isn't going to turn it into a tender piece of meat.
(I've got a
very nice «no guilt chocolate cake» recipe that is similar but uses a
little bit of white
vinegar in place of the egg.
My first impression was that it was more of a steak sauce because it had a
very bold flavor with just a
little tanginess from the
vinegar.
But they also ate virtually no sugar,
very little animal protein, high
vinegar (pickled vegetables), high fibre, and no snacks.
Unlike with insulin resistance though, there's
very little evidence on whether apple cider
vinegar does generally improve your gut flora.
This is the $ 64,0000 question... well in short, apple cider
vinegar may work on different levels as a weight loss aid, and can
very easily be added into your diet with a
little knowledge and know how.
The medical world dismiss it too easy, maybe because there is
very little incentive to make research on a cheap remedy like
vinegar, maybe because it's too simple to be considered.
I found lots of ideas for the use of Oils, Lemons,
vinegars etc but
very little feedback from those who have used them.
3) Chorizo skewers (from my
very own
little mind): rounds of cooked chorizo layered on a toothpick with a bit of manchega cheese and a sundried (or, really, a dehydrator - dried) cherry tomato replumped in warm balsalmic
vinegar.
We are doing quite a bit — here are a few: — use a bucket to collect water while the shower is heating up, then use that water on plants in the yard — unplug anything that isn't being used — recycle & compost so
very little goes in the «trash» — eliminated paper plates — using rags / towels instead of paper towels — mopping and cleaning with
vinegar — making our own laundry detergent in a recycled bucket Love all of the tips — even if I don't win!
