coconut palm sugar, and it tastes similar (if a little fresher) than sugar.
I might try using 400 ml stock next time instead of
coconut milk, and a few more chickpeas, but it was enjoyed

You really don't need
very much as it is pretty grease so you'll be slipping and sliding around your bed if you use as
much coconut oil as you would normal moisturizer!

very dry so you wouldn't need as
much, but like I said, I don't know the amounts.
Barfi is somewhere between a fudge and a
coconut ice, but it isn't too sickly and cloying as it is
very fragrant, so

I dabbled a little in
coconut flour, but I really didn't like it and I felt
very uncomfortable with the amount of fiber that
coconut flour contains (if you've ever read Fiber Menace you will understand why too
much fiber can be bad for you).
