I have
a very old oven and no broiler pan, so the juices didn't drain away, but it still was good.

Then I put it in my
oven with the light on for 16 hours take out and put in large strainer that I have lined with a
very old tea towel.
I used a
very old (was my grandmother's) heavy duty Wagner Ware aluminum dutch
oven and it turned out great.
Oh and BTW, the Wagner Dutch

very old cast Iron Dutch

When we were redoing our kitchen we managed
very well in the pantry / laundry room with our
old frig, an electric fry pan and a toaster
oven that broils.
Use the freshest egg you can find, as it will hold its shape much better than an
older egg, and keep an eye on the timings if your
oven runs
very hot.
