I had all

Green
plantains add more starch and a little less hold than
ripe plantains, but have a
very neutral flavor (watch this video from my YouTube Channel to learn more about green
plantains).
Remember to use a sweet pineapple and a
very very ripe plantain.
The
plantain would have to be
very hard (green) and not
ripe to work though.
