I have a
sweet tooth and would have to say that one of my favourtie treats to eat are anzac
biscuits, which are
very chewy and delicous and are from my home country Australia.
The
biscuits themselves are not
very sweet (definitely not as
sweet as traditional ones) but when you add icing on top, it makes them just
sweet enough.
I have a
very sweet tooth so I usually make the
biscuits slightly
sweet.
The result was basically a
very slightly
sweet little drop
biscuit that I used to make sandwiches for my (grain - free) kids for lunch.
It is a
very tasty addition to both

sweet treat) The rapid drop in blood sugar initiates a
very counter-productive cycle of sugar craving, hypoglycemic symptoms, and no doubt, weight gain.
Look at your diet, a big part of losing weight is looking at what you eat and cutting out a lot of the bad stuff, foods and drinks that are high in fat and sugar, such as
biscuits, cakes,
sweets, chocolates, fizzy drinks these are
very high in fat and sugar and are the main things that cause us to eat more calories than we need.
It's not like a Belgian waffle but more like soft waffle
biscuits filled with a
very sweet vanilla cream.
