cukes, a little
vinegar and crusty bread for a kind of Gazpacho.
We went to Turkey two months ago and I was thrilled in some hotels to see tomatoes,
cukes, onions, feta cheese (or something close to it), olive oil and
vinegar on the breakfast table along with arugula — I had salad for breakfast every day!
Another good combination is
cuke, onion, and mushroom marinaded in evoo +
vinegar.
