Cider Vineger it is recommended to consume in the morning or before each meal (I stopped this as my old hernia began to play up, hence the move to Kefir yoghurt)... But I have not read anything to suggest when is best to have Kefir Probiotic Yoghurt, which I love love love....

I have used
wine vineger mixed with sugar as a substitute for sherry with some sucess.
While it was nice to put these meal - specific beautiful boxes neatly into my fridge (which actually was another issue - they took up a lot of space), the little containers of soy sauce, mini-plastic containers of fresh herbs, sour cream packets, 4 - oz cartons of milk, peeled garlic cloves,
balsamic vineger, etc etc) while convenient, were not congruent with my normal environmental practices.
I'll try some of the other suggestions, though, but I wanted to pass on
vineger because it's easy, cheap, everyone has it and it's completely NATURAL.
After I wash my face I put one part apple
cider vineger (Braggs) 3 parts water on a cotton ball wipe on my face.
I think there is something very complimentary between the green lentils and
the vinegers.

Found a site that recommend mixing this with Braggs apple cider
vineger and warm water.
great stuff, add activated charcoalwith bentonite clay, and alittle apple cider
vineger, make a paste, put on the skin and rinse off after 15 minutes,, use your favorite moisturiser.
Never heard of
that vineger trick!
