You can gather finds throughout the year
at vintage markets, antiques shops, thrift stores and the like.
I had been to a
couple vintage markets and antique shops, and found some gems I couldn't pass up and wanted to use for when the time came.
I have also seen them
at vintage markets and antique shops (although much more expensive).
This dresser, which reminds me of the beautiful water and skies in Turks & Caicos, will be available for sale at
Vintage Market Days in a few weeks!

Anyhow, I chose to paint my front door and front shutters the week
of Vintage Market Days a few weeks ago!
Many of the pieces I collected over a couple of years in all sorts of places
like vintage markets, antique stores and Homesense (of course).
A few of my favorite places to shop: Ikea, Etsy, Scoutmob, Target, The Indie Arts and
Vintage Market Place (happens every few months), and I love to hit up flea markets and my local thrift stores on a regular basis.
We have had no time to shoot and I did a spontaneous trip to Montana last weekend for my
favorite vintage market and am just settling in again.

Rust Vintage Market in Redding, CA last year:

I have
used Vintage Market and Designs chalk paints, glazes a waxes and I like them a lot they do have a top coat that seals wax and it works great.
I took chalk paint -LCB- French Grey
by Vintage Market and Design -RCB- and painted the entire piece until fully covered.
The easy - to - wear factor means I'd feel comfortable donning this dress for all sorts of occasions, from cafe - hopping and
cruising vintage markets to sipping cocktails and dancing the night away.

AL Vintage Market Days this week.
The finishing garden art touch is the elegant, open - skeleton garden clock in a «rusted» metal finish — it looks like a
real vintage market find.
Keep things interesting in a neutral space with traditional furniture that has beautifully ornate detailing — trawl antiques shops and
larger vintage markets and you could snag a bargain.
So for instance, this GIANT vintage green schoolhouse chalkboard from The Flying
Pig Vintage Market was my starting point.
Here is what I came up with for this amazing mint and gold dresser I finished
before Vintage Market Days in NWA, but never really photographed.
