As much as I enjoy the
visceral impact of a stroll through the stacks at a law library and the serendipity
of opening a dusty old law report to find
something of use (or at least interest), my practical experience over the past decade in the quasi-legal administrative world
of telecommunications policy has allowed me to conduct primary research nearly exclusively through digital sources — and mostly free ones at that.
