Unfortunately, it is not nearly as common for a swing to include
vocal audio tracks as it is for simple melodies and nature sounds.

All three of these
audio tracks sound crisp and well - mixed, and the English dub is especially commendable for the excellent
vocal nuances of its ADR cast.
The video transfer is in crisp 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen while
audio is provided in an excellent and immersive Dolby 5.1 English dub (and here my qualification of a «general» lack of a western bias comes into play) that is, nonetheless, inferior to the Japanese - language 2.0 surround
track, which features the original
vocal talent who have, not including this film, logged over twenty - six hours of finished time voicing these characters.
The video is well matched by a DD 5.1
audio mix that blows the shingles off the roof: the musical numbers sound as good as they can, though they're so clean that the obviousness that the
vocal tracks are laid on a separate channel make the scenes as they play out in crowded pubs seem curiously detached.
