voiceover work from its team of comedic actors.

work up any interest in the characters and their exploits (ie neither Ted nor Angela are developed beyond their most obvious attributes).
In fact, First Reformed plays so much like old - school Schrader, you might confuse it for the

from which, in between hitting the sauce, he reads passages like «I know there is no hope»); here, too, is a troubled woman who needs saving (Amanda Seyfried, playing a character named Mary), and Toller's own memories of his soldier son, killed in Iraq.
Finally, someone let him direct his own script, and the result was Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, a riotous riff on the hard - boiled
works of Raymond Chandler (chapter titles are all
from Philip Marlowe novels: Lady in the Lake, The Simple Art of Murder, The Little Sister, etc), that nimbly satirizes the movie business, detective - movie plotting (there are always two cases that implausibly tie up together), the action hero as idiot and the conventions of the film noir
voiceover («Oh shit, back up, back up, I forgot to mention — Jesus, this is terrible narration, it's like my dad telling a joke and saying, oh, I should have told you the cowboy's horse is blue...»).
The film is pieced together
from outtakes
from the long - time documentary filmmaker / cinematographer's extensive body of
work, but beyond occasionally hearing her voice behind the camera (and one shot towards the end in which we finally see her face as she points the camera toward herself), Johnson forgoes the safety net of
voiceover narration to tie all this footage together.
Patton Oswalt has developed a pretty solid acting career in recent years, having graduated
from bit parts, any
voiceover work he could get and a recurring role on «The King of Queens»
Aside
from the already known 50 Cent, we have Keith David whose voice many should be familiar with as he did the
voiceover work of the Arbiter in Halo 2 and Halo 3 as well as Captain Anderson in Mass Effect.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance features a lot of great
voiceover work for the characters, their enemies, NPCs, and even some funny lines
from an unseen receptionist at Tony Stark's place.

voiceover work that's been incorporated in the game, with some fans speculating actors
from the previous title Red Dead Redemption contributed their
work to the game.
