What we've said is we've looked across the evidence, we've looked at obviously there's a
voluntary scheme in the UK, there's a couple of other European countries that have got
voluntary schemes in place as well, and they have a range of different colour - coded
schemes, some of which would look
like a traditional traffic light, some that look
like pie charts.
From what Cameron has said so far, it's reasonable to assume that the result would be a government - facilitated
scheme run by the
voluntary sector — and it's people
like The Prince's Trust who are providing input and ideas.
