All private and
voluntary sector employers in England, Wales and Scotland with at least 250 employees will be required to publish gender pay gap information.
It is impossible not to mention the mandatory gender pay reporting for large private and
voluntary sector employers brought into effect in April 2017.
With that purpose in mind, the Regulations impose certain «gender pay gap» reporting obligations on private or
voluntary sector employers with 250 or more employees.
Private and
voluntary sector employers must report the required pay gap information by 4 April 2018.

(4) After April 30, 1978, where an affiliated bargaining agent obtains bargaining rights through certification or
