We simply couldn't exist without the help of our wonderful
volunteers, who assess dogs at shelters, drive dogs to the vet, foster, transport dogs to adopters, organize adoption events, fundraise, read adoption

Every adoption
application we receive is carefully reviewed before we send a
volunteer to conduct a

homes for a rescue, in which case there is usually a phone interview, an adoption
application to fill out and a
home check to be done, varying from group to group... most all ask for a fee (average is $ 300 - 450) and have a contract to sign regarding the adoption.
