Online attackers may be able to purchase — for as little as a few thousand dollars — enough personal information to potentially alter
voter registration information in as many as 35 states and the District of Columbia, according to a new Harvard study.

voter registration information in an effort to increase participation in elections.

voter registration files, and what was reported to the campaign by people canvassing their neighborhoods, as well as
information posted on Facebook and what was given
in response to email requests.
Full names, names of spouses or other family members» addresses and home phone numbers are published
in phone books and on
