I was trying to get across in the post that on some level it's a numbers game with numbers of readers and the potential that could really love our work
vs. numbers of agents and the potential that could really love our work (hence the horrible math problem), but this sums up that idea beautifully.
The metrics include the
agent's top cities; top neighborhoods; property types; percentages
of buyers
vs. sellers represented; total
number of closed transactions compared to total average
number of peers» closed transactions;
number of active listings compared to average
number of peers» active listings; percentage
of agent's transactions where he or she was a dual
agent or where his or her brokerage was a dual
agent; and price ranges represented.
