communities where ill - timed retrenchment may cause serious harm to the most
vulnerable, and weaken the life - chances of children and

Community Services and the Minister for Children on issues impacting on the lives of children,
in particular
vulnerable children.
The AVPG is a network of small, local groups based from Anglican parishes who agree to the aims to support and advocate for Anglicare Victoria
in their work for
vulnerable families,
young people, children and individuals
in the
community.
Anglicare Victoria exists to protect the
vulnerable Victorians
in our
community — a child suffering from abuse, a homeless
young person, a woman escaping domestic violence, an impoverished couple unable to feed their family —
people who desperately need help.
